Steve Lanchak is an executive coach and consultant with 40+ years of experience building high- performing leadership teams and helping organizations tackle complex, high-stakes challenges. He splits his time between an independent consulting practice and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he leads a coaching team supporting Executive MBA students in achieving career and life goals.
His consulting practice focuses on designing and scaling coaching platforms for executive and senior leadership teams in high-growth, private equity–backed companies preparing to reach their next stage. His proprietary methodology helps leaders—often brought together through acquisition—align on strategy, clarify roles, strengthen decision-making, and operate as a cohesive team focused on enterprise growth.
Previously, Steve spent 33 years in management and technology consulting in leadership roles at Accenture, KPMG, BearingPoint, and HCL Axon. He built and stabilized new lines of business in enterprise transformation services, with expertise spanning go-to-market leadership, process redesign, IT strategy and transformation, change management, and operational improvement. Steve holds a B.S. in Communications and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
