Scott is an experienced executive with a 15-year track record spanning top-tier management consulting, high-growth startups, and independent practice. His work focuses on scaling businesses at the intersection of digital and physical operations.
Most recently, Scott served as Chief Product Officer at Home Chef, an omnichannel food delivery company with over $1B in annual sales. In this role, he scaled the retail channel from $50M to $750M in annual branded sales, launched new e-commerce business lines, and led a $200M supply chain function.
Previously, Scott held roles at Groupon focused on marketplace operations and digital product launches, and at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on operational turnarounds and performance improvement. In his independent practice, he has partnered with multiple Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation and loyalty strategy initiatives.
Scott holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil and Transportation Engineering from UC Berkeley.
