Mike is a product and design leader with over 20 years of experience leading complex digital product initiatives across SaaS, enterprise software, healthcare, financial services, and emerging AI applications. He specializes in translating complex systems, workflows, and technical architectures into intuitive, high-impact user experiences that improve operational efficiency, unlock growth opportunities, and accelerate product execution. His expertise spans product strategy, information architecture, UX systems design, AI-assisted product development, enterprise modernization, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
As an independent consultant and product leader, Mike has led more than 100 engagements ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. His work has included redesigning onboarding and workflow systems for organizations such as American Express, improving healthcare engagement platforms for DrFirst, advising on enterprise architecture and operational risk at BlockFi, and developing AI-native products and workflows using emerging tools and coding agents. He has also collaborated with organizations including McKinsey & Company and helped launch a prescription discounting platform at Hippo Technologies that later evolved into a business generating more than $200 million in annual recurring revenue.
Mike is also deeply engaged in AI-assisted product development and “vibe coding” workflows, using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI agents to rapidly prototype and ship functional software products. Most recently, he designed, built, and launched an AI visibility analysis platform that helps companies understand how they appear across AI search and answer engines. His approach combines product strategy, UX thinking, and lightweight technical execution to dramatically compress the path from concept to working product.
