Amber is a supply chain and AI transformation advisor with 25 years of experience spanning practitioner, strategy consulting, industry analyst, and technology executive roles. She specializes in partnering with C-suite executives and boards on supply chain planning, S&OP/IBP, operating model design, and technology selection, helping organizations translate complex planning challenges into scalable, outcome-driven strategies. Her expertise spans supply chain transformation, demand and supply planning, digital technology evaluation, and agentic AI integration across consumer durables, food and beverage, medical device, chemical, and CPG industries.

Prior to becoming an independent advisor, Amber held impactful roles at premier organizations including Gartner, where she served 12 years as a Senior Director Analyst and Lead Author of the Magic Quadrant for Supply Chain Planning Solutions, conducting over 4,000 executive advisory interactions with Fortune 500 leaders and PE/VC investors. She also led Industry Solutions and Product Marketing at GAINSystems, held strategy consulting roles at Accenture and Booz & Company, and began her career as a practitioner at IBM’s Integrated Supply Chain organization. This combination of operating, consulting, analyst, and vendor experience gives her a 360-degree view of the supply chain planning landscape with no vendor affiliation or agenda.

Amber earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S.B.A. in Information Supply Chain Management and Information Technology from Duquesne University. She is based in Chicago, IL.
