Daniel is experienced in building executive and board-ready materials, dashboards, and value realization reporting to support decision-making and maintain accountability across initiatives.
Prior to D4 Consulting Group, Daniel held roles at Accenture and Huron, leading and supporting large-scale transformation programs spanning process excellence, change enablement, commercial operations, and revenue cycle performance improvement for integrated health systems and global life sciences organizations.
