Jordan Hmaidan is a consultant, entrepreneur, and operator with a track record of helping organizations translate strategy into tangible results. He spent nearly six years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked as a Principal advising public and private sector clients on strategy, operations, and large-scale program execution.
In addition to his consulting background, Jordan is a small business owner and operator of DC Live Productions (www.dclivepro.com), a 30-year-old business in the live events industry specializing in video production and event technology. Through his work across multiple ventures, he has developed a practical playbook for implementing cost-effective AI strategies at the small and mid-sized business level, focused on cutting through hype and driving measurable ROI.
Jordan is also passionate about mentorship and talent development. He founded and leads the “Hey Possible” consulting program, where he coaches college students each year on how to break into management consulting. The program connects students with experienced professionals to build real-world problem-solving skills and confidence.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Managerial Studies with a minor in Business from Rice University. He brings a unique blend of top-tier consulting experience, hands-on operating insight, and a pragmatic approach to innovation.
