Jennifer Clark helps growth-stage and transforming organizations build the operational infrastructure, data capabilities, and strategic clarity needed to scale. With over 25 years of experience across Pharma, Healthcare, HealthTech, Consumer Goods & Services, and FinTech, she partners with C-suite leaders to drive efficiency, accelerate growth, and turn operational complexity into competitive advantage, whether at pre-revenue startups or large public companies.

Jennifer brings a unique blend of technical depth and operational leadership. She spent 20 years at Abbott and AbbVie spanning manufacturing, quality assurance, business excellence, and program management, and serving as a technical product leader for Cancer, Hepatitis, and Thyroid product lines. Throughout her tenure she spearheaded multiple intrapreneurial initiatives, launching a new product design and change management function within the Diagnostics division and scaling one of Pharma’s first Health Economics & Outcomes Research functions. She also led the standardization of global manufacturing and training programs using Lean Six Sigma and human factors principles.

As Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence at Cresco Labs, one of the largest U.S. cannabis manufacturers and retailers, Jennifer joined the founding leadership team and helped navigate the company through rapid multi-state expansion, a complex series of mergers and acquisitions, and ultimately a successful IPO, building the operational and organizational foundation that made that growth sustainable.

Today, she provides operational consulting leadership to public and private companies at inflection points, whether scaling for growth or turning around underperforming operations. She brings particular depth in digital transformation: automating manual processes, implementing AI, and building data governance and analytics infrastructure, moving organizations toward data-driven decision-making. She pairs that with hands-on operational work improving S&OP processes, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce costs, and optimizing inventory and balance sheet performance to restore and sustain profitability.

Jennifer earned an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she served as President of the Board of Directors of the Kellogg Women@EMBA Network, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Pre-Medicine) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She serves on the Board of Directors of Her HealthX, a nonprofit leveraging AI to close the care communication gap between patients and clinicians.
