Jay is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leveraging digital innovation and AI to drive comprehensive business transformations. He specializes in partnering with C-suite executives and Boards to address complex organizational challenges, leveraging digital strategies to unlock growth opportunities and enhance operational performance. His deep expertise encompasses growth strategy, operating model transformation, AI integration, private equity value creation, and data modernization across diverse industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Technology, Media, Telecom, Private Equity, and Public Sector.
As a successful entrepreneur, Jay has launched and scaled multiple customer-centric ventures, transforming innovative ideas into thriving commercial digital products. Prior to Zilbix, he held impactful leadership roles at premier global organizations, including Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Deloitte, Accenture, Barclays, and Lehman Brothers, where he consistently delivered measurable results. His unique blend of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial expertise positions him as a trusted advisor in navigating today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
Jay earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and studied Entrepreneurship at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University, India.
Currently, Jay serves on the Board of Directors for Ascend Schools, a network of 17 schools in Brooklyn, where he helps shape strategic direction, strengthen financial controls, and ensure robust governance. He also serves on the Board of the American India Foundation (AIF), contributing to programs that catalyze social and economic change in education, livelihood, and public health.
